Madonna embroidery

Cotton Weeks Dye Works six-strand floss from The Cottage Needle embroidered onto cotton fabric from Stitches Seattle. Brown lettering on cream bug-printed cotton in a 4″ frame; backed with pink cotton.

This piece was inspired by Madonna’s hit “Cherish”, and by the sometimes-absurd samplers of yesteryear.

30% of profits go to the American Museum of Natural History.
